Primary Level Activity #2
Have students collect a number of small objects that were destined
for the garbage can. Using glue, paste, string has students construct
a freestanding sculpture from these objects. This is an example
of RE-USE.
Have
the students discuss the importance of Re-use in a conservation
plan. Have students give examples of common objects usually pitched
into the garbage and suggest ways in which these could be re-used.
