Music Meditations in Motion
Open both to students and the public, this course, entitled Music Meditations in Motion, encouraged participants to explore a wide range of guided and intuitive physical movements in response to live improvised piano and percussion music by Amanta Scott.
The music took participants through a spectrum of moods: from quiet solitudes to earthy tribal rhythms and chanting; and through passionate outpourings to ethereal meditations. This course was extremely popular with working professionals, specifically psychotherapists and doctors.
